We reached Leh at May 3rd. We started our internship on May 7th. We reached REWA Society therapy center and school at 10:10am. We started collecting details about the strength of the children and learned from the staff about the disabilities of the children. We also spend time observing the behavior of the children. Then day by day we came to know about the children’s needs and therapies. By observing the children and their therapy we planned many additional therapies and activities that would be of benefit for them. We are planning to implement all our activities and therapies like face therapy for drooling, speech therapy. And we think of other activities  that would enhance hand and eye coordination and also for their cognitive development, like working with sand and clay.

We enjoy our time in Leh very much.
