While things are changing behind the scenes in Germany and all the organisational and legal aspects of the change of management and location are being sorted out, daily life in Leh and Kargil continues as usual.

At the end of March 2024, the children returned to school and the therapy centre in Kargil with great joy, somewhat delayed by the winters weather.

The children's coordination and skills are improved with activities and exercises.

On World Environment Day on 13 April 2024, small beds were created, plants were lovingly planted and cared for and the topic was also worked on in class.

With the warm temperatures, there was also a lot of outdoor activity. We played in the playground and went on picnics. Topics such as fruit were explored in a playful way outdoors.

In June, a festival of traditional clothing from the region took place, where the children and participants were shown the diversity and richness of the region in a very vivid way.

In Leh, too, everyday life has started again and the children come to the therapy centre every day. The team is now standing on its own two feet, new employees have joined the centre and the grounds are being further structured and maintained.
