Report on highly successful food festival that took place at Munshi habibullah mission school kargil ] on [24/06/2023]. Mr. Mubarak sha Honorable Executive councilor ladakh Autonomous Hill Development council kargil was chief guest and Mr. Ghulam Mohiedeen Additional Deputy commission kargil was guest of honor festival aimed to celebrate the diverse culinary traditions and promote a sense of community within the school.

 

I am pleased to inform you that the event was met with overwhelming enthusiasm and participation from students, staff, and parents alike.

 

Key Highlights: Participation: The food festival witnessed active participation by students, parents, and teachers. A significant number of individuals volunteered to showcase their culinary skills and contribute to the event's success. Food Stalls: The event featured a wide array of food stalls representing different cultural backgrounds and cuisines. Participants displayed their traditional dishes, showcasing the rich diversity of flavors and culinary traditions present within our school community. The school’s students have sold local food Cultural Performances: In addition to the food stalls, the festival incorporated cultural performances, including traditional music, dance, and drama. Students and community members showcased their talents, adding an entertaining and vibrant atmosphere to the event. The school’s students have sold at stalls and get money for Rewa society. 

 

Community Engagement: The food festival provided an excellent opportunity for the school community to come together and interact in a festive and inclusive environment. Families and friends gathered to enjoy the diverse cuisines, engage in conversations, and foster stronger bonds within our school community.

 

Funds and Donations: The food festival also served as a fundraising event. Proceeds generated from the event were allocated towards supporting various school initiatives, the councilor have donated 20000 to Rewa children’s.

 

Positive Feedback: Feedback from participants has been overwhelmingly positive, with attendees praising the organization, diversity of food options, and the overall festive ambiance of the event. Many expressed their appreciation for the efforts put forth in organizing such an enjoyable and inclusive event.

 

Recommendations: Based on the success of the food festival, I would like to recommend the following:

Continuation: Considering the positive impact and overwhelming response, it would be beneficial to make the food festival an annual event, providing an opportunity for the school community to celebrate and embrace cultural diversity.

Pre-Event Promotion: To enhance participation and engagement, we should consider promoting the food festival in advance through various channels such as posters, announcements, newsletters, and social media platforms. Student Involvement: Encouraging student involvement and empowering them to take leadership roles in organizing the festival can provide valuable experiential learning opportunities and further strengthen their sense of belonging within the school.

 

In conclusion, the food festival at [Rewa society kargil] was an outstanding success, fostering a sense of community, celebrating cultural diversity, and providing an enjoyable experience for all participants.
