On 14 October 2024 Rewa team leaved for Drass field trip.

Morning at 9 am we leave for Drass from Rewa center, around 10:15 am.
Our 1st visit was in Thasgam village where we visiedt our first patient was a seven years old girl diagnosed with bilateral CP. We gifted a nutritional kit and a wheel chair.
After that we moved to Bhembet Drass to visit our 2nd patient a seven years old boy diagnosed with bilateral CP (cerebral palsy). We gave him a nutrition kit and therapy ball. He need ortho shoes but
we didn’ t have a perfect size for him.
After that, we moved to our next patient. He is a ten years old boy diagnosed with bilateral CP he lives with his parents in Muradbagh village. His parents are doing his exercise on regular basis.
His parents asked for a standing table.
We conclude our visit after visiting our last patient who is diagnosed unilateral Cp. He is doing well in his studies. He is going to school on a tri-wheeler bike that we found more interesting
in him. He is an independent boy he is doing all his work without any help.
On 24 October 2024 Rewa team visited Panikhar for Field visit.

Morning at 8 am we left for Panikhar from Rewa center, around 10 am we reached Panikhar.
We visited our 1st patient from Achampur village. He is diagnosed with bilateral CP. He is a 15 years old boy. He lives with his grand patients. He was very happy to see us. We gifted him a nutrition
kit and an ortho-shoes.
After that we visited our next patient, a twelve years old boy. Diagnosed with bilateral CP. His mother takes cares of him. We taught a series of exercises to his mother.
Than we moved to next village Namsuru to visit our next patient, a seven-teen years old girl. She is diagnosed with spastic CP. She is in a very bad condition. She is bed ridden from last 10 years.
She developed contractures in many of her joints her parents asks for a waterbed as she has multiple bed sores.
Then we left towards our next patient who lives in Purtikchey village. He is nine years old and he lives with his parents. He is diagnosed with bilateral CP. We gifted him a nutritional kit and a
therapy ball. Then we visited another village to visit our last patient but we didn’t find him.

We left for Wakha in the morning at 9 am from Rewa center, we reached Wakha around 10:30 am.
We visited the 1st village which is Chatithang Mulbek, where we visited our 1st patient. He is diagnosed with unilateral CP. He is a fifteen years old boy. He studies in 10th standard in his village
school. He is a very active boy. We give him a therapy ball and a set of notebooks.
Then we moved to our 2nd patient. She is a 22 years old girl and diagnosed with bilateral CP. She is very intelligent and is active on social media as per her parents. We gifted her a nutritional
kit.
We visited next village Broklungma Wakha, where we discovered two new patients. One was a girl of fourteen years. Her diagnose is unilateral CP. She is going to normal school. She studies in 8th
standard. We gifted her a drawing book and colors. The other was a ten years old boy diagnosed with bilateral CP. He studied in 4th standard in normal school. His parents will take admission in Rewa
special school in the next new session. We gifted him a set of drawing books and color pens.
On 10th of October 2024 Rewa team left for Zanskar field visit at 6 am from Rewa center.

On 10/10/2024 early morning at 6 am we left for Zanskar. It takes 9 hours to reach Zanskar. We reached there around 3 pm. Same day we took rest.
On the next day which is 11/10/2024 we left for our Standay village, where we visited our 1st patient Stanzin Donsal. She is a 6 years old girl diagnosed with spastic CP. We gifted her a jacket and a
wheel chair. She was very happy to see us. We explained a series of exercises to her parents to do on daily basis.
Then we moved to another patient in the same village. Stanzin Namtak is 4 years old boy diagnosed with hemiparisis. He is a very active child. His parents takes care of him. He is also on epileptic
drugs.
After that we moved to our next patient Stanzin Zomskit. He is a 8 years old boy. He lives with his parents in Techa village. Diagnosed with bilateral CP. We gifted him a jacket and ortho-shoes. We
explained his parents about the importance of exercises and taught them a series of exercises.
Then we moved to another village called Stacha Zanskar where we visited our next patient Stanzin Stobgyal. He is a 14 years old boy diagnosed with spastic CP. We gifted him a jacket and a ball. We
also gave him a wheel chair.
On the other day we left for RukRuk village. Our next patient is Chunzen Zangmo. She is a 6 years old girl. She is diagnosed with bilateral CP. She is a very cute and lovely girl. She was very
pleased to see us. We gifted her some candies and a jacket.
Then we moved to another village Chipra to visit Lobzang Youchan. But she was not at her home. She moved to leh with her parents.
After that we left for Aakshow village to visit Stanzin Youdan. She is the oldest patient. She is a 31 years old lady. She is diagnosed with unilateral CP. She was very happy to see us. We gifted her
a coat.
Then we concluded our trip in Zanskar and we returned to Kargil after 3 days.
