We started our journey towards Tangtse on 10th August at 8:40am
and we had our break fast at Kharu village. Again we drove to Tangtse
and we reached there around 12:30pm. After we got there we went
to Sheyok village there we treated our one patient, he has less
sensibility, balance and coordination problem, so we did therapy
for him with trunk control, spine rotation and postural control.

Walking up with the hand, shifting weight and also we gave him home
exercise.
At 3:00 pm we went to Taruk village there we met our second patient
at the hostel. She has scoliosis. Then we started therapy for her
like stretching long, breathing deep inside and massage with one
hand between the ribs.
I did breathing therapy.

On 11th of August we went to Marak village, where we met our third
patient. She has rheumatoid arthritis in the joints. So we treated
her at school like the mobilization of hand and joints. Her hands
stayed on the table and she moved her body in front and back. We
gave a massage between ends of the metacarpals.

After a little while we went to another place where we met our fourth
patient. She has cerebral palsy. We met her at the fields with mom
pushing her in the wheelchair. Then we started therapy for her like
stretching, hamstring and iliopsoas, quadriceps, mobilizing feet,
hip, knee, spine and shoulders. We did knee stand, mobilizing rotation,
shoulder flexion and hip extension.
On 12th of August we went to Satoo village, where we met our fifth
patient. He has cerebral palsy. We met him at home and his was lying
on the back and legs were falling to the side. Then we started therapy
for him: side position on the wall with pillow between the knees,
hips in middle position and again the abduction. We did inside position-
trunk rotation (pelvic stable) pelvic rotation (trunk stable).

We worked on scapula and shoulder mobilization, massaged the lattisimus
and teres major, massage neck extension and muscles on the occiput.
Our home visites are finished around 12:30pm and on the way back
we went to Tangtse hospital where we met (BMO) Block medical officer
and we spend some time with him to introduce ourselves and our work.
We enjoyed with our new staff member Norbu and also his driving.
