Monday the 9th 2011 the team (3 Physical therapist and the 3 local
girls) had a discussion of how to begin the survey, which all areas
to cover first and the 3 local girls were taught about how to introduce
themselves and their society which they represent during door to door
survey.

Meeting
during lunch
Tuesday the 10th 2011 the team split into 2 groups (Group A and Group
B) each team had 3 members one foreigner and 2 Locals in each group)
and started with their door to door survey but the first day survey
was bit disappointing as they found most of the houses locked (as
it was the working hour when the team went for most of the people)
so they decided to change their timing by next day so they can contact
as many people as they can. They covered few schools and also had
a meeting with Medical Superintendent of the district Kargil Hospital.

Door
to door survey
Wednesday the 11th 2011 the two groups started their door to door
survey before the working hours and this they found people to whichever
house they went, they covered few more schools and medical subcenters
(Anganwadi centers), they also got permission from the Principal of
the schools where they thought would be good to present some presentation
some time later to increase awareness among children and faculty regarding
disabled children.

(giving them physical therapy treatment at home) and then soon start
