Am
9.11.2010 veranstaltete der Deutsche Alpenverein, Sektion Günzburg,
zusammen mit der VHS Günzburg einen besonderen Abend. Im Rahmen
der Hundertjahrfeier des DAVs Günzburg wurde der berühmte
Bergsteiger und Abenteurer Hans Kammerlander nach Günzburg ins
Forum am Hofgarten eingeladen.
Die
1. Vorsitzende des Vereins, die in Günzburg lebt, wurde eingeladen,
ihr Vereinsanliegen an diesem Abend mit einem Stand zu repräsentieren.
Alles passte: die kurze Anfahrtszeit, die vielen Bekannten, die man
wieder mal traf, der voll besetzte Saal (über 400 Besucher) und
der freundliche Hans Kammerlander, der selbst gemeinnützige Projekte
in Nepal unterstützt und das Publikum auch auf das Anliegen von
Ladakh-Hilfe aufmerksam machte. Viele Besucher nahmen Informationsmaterial
über die Arbeit des Vereins mit - ein gelungener Abend.
On
Nov. 9 the German Alpine Sektion Günzburg invited the famous
mountaineer Hans Kammerlander. They celebrated their 100 years of
existence. The presentation was down town Günzburg in a large
hall holding 400 people.
The
director of Ladakh-Hilfe, Karola Kostial, was invited to present the
work of Ladakh-Hilfe with a stand at this meeting. She did not hesistate
since this time she did have to drive just a few kilometers to the
place where the meeting was being held. Everything worked out perfectly:
the short driving distance, the many aqaintances and friends coming
to the meeting, all the places occupied and the very kind Hans Kammerlander,
who is very fond and supportive toward social projects in the Himalayan
region. Many visitors took a flyer from Ladakh-Hilfe and had a nice
chat with Karola - a very pleasant evening and great opportunity.
